Got a 2016 Honda CTX700 DCT ABS - wow - love, love, love it! Handles like a dream and got 70.6 miles per gallon the first 200 miles. My dream bike. Large enough with plenty of power to keep up with my husband's 1800cc Gold Wing, small enough for me to handle easily by myself. Cannot thank everyone enough for helping me get this bike - Jimmie in Sales, Carlos, Kyle, John and special thanks to Kelly for showing me around the bike and helping us secure it on the trailer for the 1-1/2 ride home. My son and I came into the store and where greeted by Brandon. I was looking for a bike for my son and I. My son had no riding experience and I had some previous riding history. Brandon was quite helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. He worked with us over a period of 3 days in helping us find two bikes.

His past experience with racing bikes and having ridden with his dad gave us a wealth of knowledge. We could not have found a better sales person to work with.

The whole experience at Freedom Power Sports in Fort Worth was great. All of the employee's we came in contact with where professional and courteous.

Last week I spoke by phone to Johnny in the Service Dept. regarding a recall on my Honda CB500X. Johnny was very pleasant and helpful, and took the time to check with the Parts Dept. to make sure the recall parts were available if needed. I came in last Friday for the recall procedure and checked in with Johnny. He was again very helpful and pleasant. He got my bike right in for the recall procedure and made me feel at home. While I was waiting I observed several other service customers come in and be assisted by Johnny. Just as in my case, he was friendly, efficient and helpful. The Service Dept. waiting area was clean, bright and a pleasant environment. Johnny is a great representative for Freedom Powersports and the dealership is one I look forward to visiting and doing business with in the future. Thank you for a great customer experience.

This was my first time buying a motorcycle. My sales person (Brad Brumley) was very helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient,polite and knowledgeable with each motorcycle I asked about. Overall my experience was good. I am very happy with the service I received from him and the sales manager Nichole. They both were great!

I had been using the service department ... and they are excellent! ... to take care of two of my Honda scooters, when I began to think about a motorcycle. Spoke three or four times with Christian Jimenez trying to decide what I needed and wanted. He is thoughtful, very polite and his product knowledge and follow through is exceptional. Nicole and Nick helped us get the deal closed quickly and the whole experience was great. I'll be back for another bike soon!

This is what I wrote on Google+: In buying a bike from these folks I was in a unique situation because they are in Texas and I am in Phoenix. As an added complication I was trading in a bike. These guys were so up front about everything. Not having any idea what kind of shape my bike was in (other than what I told them) they were willing to give me a quote, and actually start the sales process. I was worried because I had been burned by a dealer before when I bought out of state, but Chase (the general manager of Freedom) was willing to work with me through email and talk to me on the phone to assure me they would stick by their word. I decided to have someone ship my bike to Texas and they weren't able to make it before Freedom Powersports closed, but Nick (the sales manager) went above and beyond what was expected and met the shipper after hours to take delivery of my bike. How many dealers/people would do that? Finally, I have to give a big 'thank you' to Cristian. He was the salesman who worked with me from start to finish. He was always patient and willing to answer any questions I had. He even responded to texts after hours and sent me pictures of my bike whenever I needed a fix. To wrap this all up let me just say this is the best experience I've had buying a motorcycle, bar none. I've bought five bikes from dealers in my life and this experience blows all the others into the weeds. I would recommend Freedom Powersports Ft. Worth to anyone who wants to buy a motorcycle. I was looking for parts for my 4-wheeler they were very knowledgeable and quick. I had to order my part but it came in a few days later.

I've been looking for a new motorcycle for quite some time. Last new motorcyle I bought was about ten years ago. Popped into the showroom one day to kill some time and talked to Cristian about some of the motorcycles they had in stock. They had a Honda CB1000R in the front of the showroom that caught my eye. I applied for financing online. Nicole called me the next day and told me what paperwork she needed to speed up the process. Nicole and Cristian were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They had the motorcycle ready for me to pick up on a Saturday. The process was quick and painless. I've already been in for my first service after the initial break in and I haven't had the motorcycle a month, I've been riding the hell out of it. The service and parts department are very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know that it's in the market.
